DVMDr. Jenny Hsu is a Bay Area native who grew up in Campbell and has been practicing medicine locally for the past 10 plus years. She loves all aspects of small animal medicine but especially loves soft tissue surgery, dentistry, preventative medicine, and senior pet care. Outside of work, Dr. Hsu enjoys spending time with her husband and her son Joseph. Her favorite family activities involve the beach, outdoor spaces at new restaurants, and traveling.
I was born and raised in South Korea and came to the United States for education at an age of 14. I went to Purdue University for undergraduate studies majoring in Biology, then I went to Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine where I obtained Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. I enjoy soft tissue surgery and preventative medicine. After graduating from vet school, I worked in a small animal clinic in Indianapolis before relocating to California. I live with my husband, my baby, and two Maltese in Mountain View. We love traveling and enjoy hiking and skiing.

Jess has been in the veterinary field since 2009. She discovered her passion for caring for animals when a teeny tiny gray and white kitten needed a cat sitter at just 4 weeks old. After having to care for such a helpless little creature, she discovered she had a joy for seeing animals thrive. 12 years later in the field, Jess has worked in many parts of the veterinary community from general practice to emergency, to volunteering at her local shelter to internal medicine and cardiology. She thrives in the controlled chaos of the veterinary field and truly believes in advocating for her patients. Jess loves working with all of our patients who come in, but her favorite are, as she calls them “the misunderstood” fractious felines. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Frankie and Jovi, looks forward to binge watching Grey’s Anatomy, and taking family trips to her home away from home, Disneyland.
Just in case you were wondering, that teeny tiny gray and white kitten is living a well lavished life with Jess and her family.
I have lived in San Jose my whole life and have own many pets in my life. I currently own two cats named Chester and Buster who were both rescue cats. I have worked at Alpine for almost a year and really enjoy working with my team and all the patients that visit. On my free time I enjoy spending time with my significant other and friends. I’m a huge Disney fan and have been an annual pass holder to Disneyland since 2018. I am also a big baseball fan and a huge fan of the LA Dodgers.

Michelle recently entered the veterinary field 2 years ago, switching from Marine Biology. She has always had a strong passion for science and all animals; land, sea, and sky. She has one doggo named Cora, who she loves to take to the beach and on hikes. Michelle is very excited to meet and take care of you and your fur-kiddos!
Hi I’m Mia! I’ve been in the veterinary field for a year. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my dog Nugget, my horse Rendezvous, and racing cars.
